Tim (Plant Operations Manager)

Wow. I can't believe it - I was hired in 1976 by Watersaver. I originally took the job just to-get-me-by for a couple of months until something "better" came along. After the first month working for the company, I never looked back. Jay treated me like family. Bill Slifer took the company to a higher plateau and challenged all of us to do our best when he took over in the 80s. I've worked the last 15 years with Stan and the company continues to grow and get better. For a guy that started as a machine operator in the "backrooM" and is now the Manager in charge of production, this company has challenged me and truly let me be the best I could be. I look forward to my continued time with Watersaver and working with Stan. Who knows maybe a 4^th generation of Slifers?
